Learn to Meditate!


January is a great time to learn something new and a chance to get some well-being skills in place before demands start to pile up!

People often try to meditate on their own, but it can be hugely beneficial to have an instructor and a group to support your practice and debrief your experience.  More and more research shows that meditation is helpful in decreasing anxiety and increasing a sense of contentment.
