Recipe for Spring Green Salad
Go out into your garden and pick tender greens (this mix has baby kale, spinach, mesclun mix, butter lettuce a few nasturtium leaves and lots of chopped chives). Or put any lettuce mix of greens in a bowl.
Drizzle with virgin olive oil or hazel nut oil. Squeeze on the juice from a lemon or lime.
Salt. Pepper. Toss. Eat.
Tastes like spring.
