One Second Every Day

There are so many tiny, beautiful, funny moments in your life — how are you going to remember them all?

There is a really interesting project where Director, Cesar Kuriyama, shoots one second of video every day as part of an ongoing project to collect all the special bits of his life. Cesar Kuriyama has been selecting one second of video from every day of his life, and editing them together into a montage that both records his life, and forces him to reevaluate how he approaches each day.

What are some creative projects you can do to remember these special moments of your life?? When you are swamped with projects, tests, assignments, readings, the list goes on…. What can we do to ingrain the rich moments of life? How can we trigger memories of the not so rich moments, but the moments we don’t want to forget?

This is an example of a personal protest against time and an interesting means of viewing, archiving and remembering your history… What are your thoughts?
