Chelsea’s Comfort Tea for Sore Tummies or Throats

Grate about half an inch of fresh ginger root and put in the bottom of a travel mug.  Add a couple slices of lemon.  Add hot water (and a bit honey if you want!).  It helps settle an upset tummy and tastes really good!!!  (and its healthy for you). Chelsea Watkin, from  the Selkirk  hairdressing program,  says this drink is really  refreshing, soothes her belly and is better than coffee!!
