Recipe for NOT getting food poisoning…

  •  Wash your hands – – –   before and after everything! Really – this is the most important thing you can do for your health.
  • Thaw meat in the fridge – takes some planning, but might save you!
  • Rinse your dishes in hot, hot water.
  • Use a separate cutting board for meat and everything else.
  • Check the fridge regularly and discard things that are slimy and moldy and past their best-before date.
