Hot Summer Salad

Prepare:

4 carrots, peeled and slice              1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped

3 cups broccoli, chopped

Steam these vegetables just until tender, then drain and add immediately to;

4 minced green onions                     1 diced red pepper

Cover with dressing and eat while still hot.

Dressing;

1/3 cup olive oil                                 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp. salt                                       1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. basil                                     1/2 tsp. dill weed

1 tsp. Tamari                                     2 cloves garlic, crushed

Add leftover cooked pasta to make pasta salad.
